HCM City, March 24 -- The Party organisation, government, and people of Ho Chi Minh City consistently give the highest priority to the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, particularly the relationship between Ho Chi Minh City and its twinned Lao localities, said Permanent Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi.
