HCM City, Feb. 27 -- Ho Chi Minh City is working to establish cooperation with Indian businesses, from giant tech firms to promising startups, to jointly implement high-tech projects, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud computing, and specialised software solutions for industries, said Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Vo Van Hoan.
