Hanoi, June 12 -- Ho Chi Minh City is now running the pilot operation of a new grassroots-level local administration model in 102 freshly established wards and communes. Starting 8 am on June 12, each unit conducts trial operations at its respective public administrative centre, located within the premises of its headquarters. On June 11, the municipal Party Committee formed 10 working teams, led by members of its Standing Committee, to directly attend, supervise, and guide the pilot rollout of the new model in these 102 communes and wards.
