Hanoi, Dec. 22 -- The Chairpersons of the People's Committees of Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang are authorised to decide on land allocation, land leasing, approval of changes in land-use purposes, extensions of land-use terms and adjustments to land-use durations for members of the International Financial Centre (IFC) implementing investment projects under a new decree recently issued by the Government.
