Hanoi, Aug. 20 -- The Hanoi police on August 20 announced traffic adjustments to help residents proactively avoid congestion during the first full rehearsal for the military parade and procession celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - 2025) and National Day (September 2). Earlier, on August 13, traffic routing plans for the celebrations were unveiled. Accordingly, the first and second full rehearsals will take place at 8:00 pm on August 21 and August 24, respectively. The preliminary rehearsal will be held at 8:00 pm on August 27, and the final at 6:30 am on August 30.
