Hanoi, Oct. 29 -- The capital city of Hanoi welcomed over 28.22 million visitors in the first 10 months of 2025, achieving 91% of its annual target and surpassing the figure recorded in 2024. Statistics from the Hanoi Department of Tourism show that the total tourism revenue approximated 110 trillion VND (4.17 million USD) in 10 months, up 20% year-on-year. As many as 6.17 million foreigners travelled to Hanoi during the period, up 22% compared to the same period last year. In October alone, the capital city served about 2.27 million visitors including an estimated 695,000 international arrivals (up 17.8% year-on-year).
