Hanoi, Oct. 8 -- The 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Organisation for the 2025-2030 term, set for October 15-17, will chart a path to build Hanoi into a "cultured - civilised - modern" capital city, aiming to lead the nation into a new era of prosperity.

Under the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the event will gather 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 Party members across the capital, heard a press briefing hosted by the municipal Party Committee on October 8.
