Hanoi, Oct. 7 -- The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hanoi has issued an implementation plan for the "Month for the Poor 2025", which will run from October 17 to November 18 with a view to promoting solidarity and mobilising resources to support disadvantaged people across the capital.

The campaign responds to the national emulation movement "For the Poor - Leaving No One Behind" for 2021-2025, following guidance from the VFF Central Committee.

It seeks to encourage organisations, enterprises, philanthropists, and citizens to contribute to the "Fund for the Poor" and social security activities, helping those in difficult circumstances overcome hardships and improve their lives.
