Hanoi, Aug. 13 -- Hanoi again claimed the title of Vietnam's fastest city for fixed broadband in July, averaging 331.41 megabits per second for downloads, according to i-Speed, a network measurement platform operated by the Vietnam Internet Network Information Centre under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST).

Nationwide, fixed broadband speeds reached an all-time high, averaging 258.28 Mbps for downloads and 195.34 Mbps for uploads, a 2.6-fold increase from July 2024. Other major cities, including Hai Phong, Can Tho, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, also reported consistent gains.
