Geneva, Feb. 4 -- Gender equality has always been regarded by the Party and State of Vietnam as a consistent objective throughout the country's development process, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha stated at the dialogue session on the country's ninth national report on the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), held in Geneva on February 3.
