Hanoi, March 14 -- Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, who has been in the Netherlands, said on March 13 that he will take responsibility for everything during his presidency.

In a video posted on the Rody Duterte Facebook page, the former president said he told the police and military to just do their job and he will take responsibility for everything. Duterte said he expected a long legal proceeding, and that he will continue to serve his country.

The video, taken inside the chartered plane carrying Duterte to The Hague, was posted before his plane landed at Rotterdam The Hague Airport in the Netherlands.
