Bangkok, Oct. 13 -- Flooding continued on October 12 in 17 provinces across Thailand, mainly in the Central Plain and the North, with water levels rising only in Suphan Buri while remaining steady or receding elsewhere. The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation reported that residents in eight central plain provinces - Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Suphan Buri, Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani and Nakhon Pathom - were still affected. In the Central Plain, flood levels were increasing only in Suphan Buri, particularly in Muang, Bang Pla Ma, Song Phi Nong, Don Chedi, Doembang Nangbuat, U Thong, Nong Yasai, Sam Chuk and Dan Chang districts.
