Dong Thap, Dec. 1 -- Search Team K91 under the Dong Thap provincial Military Command, following nearly one month of deployment in Cambodia's Prey Veng province, recovered the remains of five Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who laid down their lives in the country.

With assistance from local authorities and information provided by residents, the team verified and surveyed a site of nearly 2,000 sq.m, excavating more than 700 cu.m of earth. At a depth of 0.8-1.2 metres, the team discovered five sets of remains along with personal belongings, including uniform buttons, parachute hammocks and fabric fragments.
