Hanoi, May 19 -- The University of Languages and International Studies under Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS - VNU) will launch a specialised programme in teaching Vietnamese as a foreign language in 2025, marking the first training course of its kind in Vietnam. The programme, part of the Vietnamese Language and Culture major, is open to both Vietnamese and foreign students, with an initial enrollment quota of 50.
