HCM City, May 27 -- The International 3-Cushion Carom Billiards SCTV Cup 2025 - the first of its kind in Vietnam - was opened in Ho Chi Minh City on May 26. This six-day tournament is a significant milestone as it is not only the first to take place in Vietnam but also allows domestic cueists, both professional and amateur, to compete alongside the world's top players.
