Hanoi, Dec. 19 -- The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) on December 19 officially inaugurated the expanded Terminal T2 at Noi Bai International Airport, introducing Vietnam's first fully integrated digital passenger flow. Launched in May 2024 with a total investment of nearly 200 million USD, the project was completed in just over 18 months, ensuring construction proceeded safely while accommodating hundreds of daily flights. The inauguration comes at a crucial time, relieving congestion at the North's busiest airport ahead of the 2026 Lunar New Year peak and tourism season.
