Ninh Binh, Feb. 5 -- In Vi Khe ward, where is seen a peach flower-growing hub of Ninh Binh province, many peach trees are flowering well ahead of the Lunar New Year (Tet) - the Year of the Horse, casting concerns over sluggish sales and potential losses for growers.

With nearly 30 years in growing peach flowers, farmer Tran Tan Dac said he has never seen his flower garden bloom as early and profusely as it has this Tet season. He noted that around 80% of the flowers have already blossomed, with many trees in full bloom and the remaining buds close to opening.
