Hanoi, April 1 -- Vietnamese airlines are planning to operate over 7,536 domestic flights with about 1.5 million seats from April 25 to May 5 to serve the growing travel demand on the occasion of the April 30 - May 1 holidays. These figures represent an increase of 21% in the number of flights and an increase of 22% in the number of seats compared to the same period last year. This year, civil servants, employees and workers in Vietnam will enjoy a five-day break from April 30 to May 4 on the occasion of the Reunification Day (April 30) and International Workers' Day (May 1).
