Hanoi, April 16 -- Vietnam expects to receive assistance from the Southeast Asia Semiconductor Association (SEMI SEA) to realise its aspiration for becoming a centre for semiconductor research, AI development and human resources training in these critical sectors, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung has said.
