Dak Lak, May 29 -- A memorial and burial ceremony was held on the afternoon of May 28 at the Dak Lak provincial martyrs' cemetery for the remains of 23 Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who laid down their lives in Cambodia during the war.
The ceremony was organised by the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee. The remains were recovered during the 2024-2025 dry season by Team K51 of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command.
In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders, delegates, and local residents offered incense and observed a moment of silence to pay tribute to the fallen heroes.
