Dak Lak, Nov. 7 -- Economic losses caused by Typhoon Kalmaegi in Dak Lak province were estimated at more than 170 billion VND (6.46 million USD), with severe damage reported at the Bach Dang embankment. The provincial Civil Defence Command reported on November 7 morning that the typhoon - the 13th storm hitting the East Sea this year, has downgraded into a low-pressure area.
