Hanoi, Oct. 5 -- President of the National Assembly of People's Power and President of the Council of the State of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernandez and a high-ranking Cuban delegation visited the Vietnam Military History Museum in Hanoi on October 5 as part of his official visit to Vietnam.
At the site, the top Cuban legislator and his entourage laid flowers at the monument dedicated to Cuban military experts who supported Vietnam during past struggles.
