Phnom Penh, Feb. 3 -- Minister Delegate attached to the Cambodian Prime Minister and head of the historical research committee of the Cambodian People's Party Keo Baphnom highlighted the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)'s pivotal role in the national liberation, construction, and development cause over the past 95 years in a recent interview with the Vietnam News Agency.
The formation of the CPV in 1930 marked a watershed moment in the Indochina history, emerging during a period of profound colonial upheaval. The Party's establishment opened a new chapter in Vietnam's revolutionary history, initiating a process that led to the struggle for national independence and liberation, and the path towards socialism, he explained.
