Ho Chi Minh City, Feb. 2 -- The Con Dao special zone of Ho Chi Minh City has officially begun operating a smart electricity grid, marking a major step in modernising the island's energy infrastructure and supporting its socio-economic development, national defence - security, and the quality of life of local residents.
The system was inaugurated on February 1 by the Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation following the completion of a smart-grid construction project.
