Beijing, Feb. 6 -- Vietnam and China need to further strengthen people-to-people, student and scholar exchanges, as well as expand economic, tourism and investment partnerships, thus promoting mutual understanding and economic development in both countries, according to Prof. Jin Canrong, Associate Dean of the School of International Studies at the Renmin University of China.
