Ottawa, May 10 -- The Canada - Vietnam Friendship Society (CVFS) recently held an online symposium spotlighting Vietnam's new era as well as its journey to peace and development. The event, organised on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification as well as 135th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, drew nearly 50 delegates from across Canada.
