Lao Cai, Jan. 7 -- Canada's Secretary of State for International Development Randeep Sarai on January 7 visited the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai, where six Canadian government-funded programmes and projects are being implemented. The programmes and projects focus on developing sustainable livelihoods, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, advancing gender equality, and strengthening climate-change adaptation.
