Phnom Penh, Feb. 5 -- Cambodia's tourism industry is witnessing remarkable resurgence, with international tourist arrivals surging in January 2025 and throughout 2024, following the post-COVID-19 downturn.
According to the Ministry of Tourism's latest report, Cambodia welcomed 6.7 million foreign visitors in 2024, reflecting a nearly 23% increase from 5.45 million in 2023.
Thailand led as the top source market with 2.14 million visitors, followed by Vietnam (1.34 million) and China (840,000).
