Phnom Penh, Dec. 24 -- The General Border Committee (GBC) Secretariat Meeting between Cambodia and Thailand kicked off on December 24, said Lt. Gen. Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Cambodian Ministry of National Defence. This meeting began at 16:30, in Prom-Pak Kard Permanent Border Checkpoint, between Pailin province, Cambodia and Chanthaburi province, Thailand. The Cambodian delegation was led by Gen. Nhem Boraden, Chief of the Cambodian GBC Secretariat, and the Thai delegation was headed by Gen. Nuttapong Praokaew, Chief of the Thai GBC Secretariat.
