Hanoi, April 8 -- Total capital injected into the economy in the first three months of the year-including additional capital from existing enterprises-reached nearly 1.39 quadrillion VND, almost 2.1 times higher than the same period last year, reflecting a positive trend in business investment, reported the National Statistics Office (NSO) under the Ministry of Finance. Vietnam saw the establishment of 36,400 new enterprises in the first quarter of 2025, with total registered capital approximating 356.8 trillion VND (13.7 billion USD).
