Binh Thuan, Feb. 9 -- Social welfare policies, economic development initiatives, and poverty reduction programmes have been implemented effectively in the south-central province of Binh Thuan in recent years, helping to improve the material and spiritual lives of local people, especially those living in ethnic minority-inhabited areas.

These efforts have also contributed to promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas while leveraging the potential and advantages of each area in the province.
