Hanoi, Nov. 5 -- The Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical JSC (BSR), a member of the Vietnam National Industry-Energy Group (Petrovietnam), will further expand its export portfolio to Laos under a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed recently with Somvanchaleun Petroleum Jelly of Laos.

Lao Minister of Industry and Commerce Malaithong Kommasith witnessed the signing of the MoU and held a working session with representatives from BSR recently.
