Hanoi, Feb. 20 -- Vietnam's beach soccer team under the guidance of head coach Mai Van Duc will gather in Da Nang city from February 25 to prepare for the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup Thailand 2025, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) said on February 20.

As many as 20 players have been summoned for the training period in Da Nang. Most of them are from Da Nang Club and Khanh Hoa Club - the two teams with the best records in the national soccer tournament since inception in 2009.

After the training, 12 players will be selected to attend the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup Thailand 2025 which will feature 16 teams divided into four groups.
