Beijing, Feb. 20 -- The Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau and the Environment Department of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Air Quality Monitoring and Management Cooperation on February 18. Under the MoU, Bangkok and Beijing will concentrate on collaboration in the control of air pollution over the next three years. Beijing will share its best practices in battling air pollution with Bangkok, particularly in monitoring and reducing PM2.5 pollutants to improve air quality.
