Hanoi, Nov. 17 -- Bamboo Airways has announced plans to develop auxiliary service centres at Vietnam's key airports including Noi Bai (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Long Thanh (Dong Nai), and Phu Cat (Gia Lai).

This initiative aims to bolster growth across the entire FLC Group ecosystem.

The airline is simultaneously focused on enhancing the customer experience. Specifically, Bamboo Airways has restored its Bamboo Club membership tiers and extended the validity of nearly three million loyal members' cards for an additional year. Furthermore, the carrier is broadening its status-match policy, allowing members of domestic and international airlines to access exclusive Bamboo Club privileges.
