Bac Ninh, Dec. 3 -- The People's Committee of the northern province of Bac Ninh held a ceremony on December 3 to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on friendly cooperation with Gyeongsangbuk-do province of the Republic of Korea (RoK). Under the agreement, both sides will work together on delegation visits and cultural exchanges, boosting cooperation and sharing information in areas like economy, trade, and science and technology. They'll also promote the exchange of students and skilled workers to support mutual growth.
