Hanoi, Aug. 12 -- The Vietnam - Algeria Friendship Association convened its fourth congress, for the 2025-2030 term, in Hanoi on August 12. Addressing the congress, Ouhaddad Mohamed, Charge d'Affaires at the Algerian Embassy in Vietnam, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the association and relevant Vietnamese agencies for their substantial contributions to bilateral relations over the years.
