Buenos Aires, April 30 -- The historic victory of the Vietnamese people on April 30, 1975 was the result of solidarity, courage, and revolutionary heroism under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), most notably President Ho Chi Minh, said journalist Gabriel Mazzarovich, head of the ideology commission of the Communist Party of Uruguay Central Committee.
