Paris, Jan. 21 -- Artificial intelligence (AI) should be regarded not only as a high-value, spearhead industry, but also as a critical foundation for strengthening Vietnam's national competitiveness, enhancing strategic autonomy, and progressively affirming its position in a new era, according to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Tam, Chair of the Department of Computer Science, Data and Artificial Intelligence at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris).
