Vientiane, Dec. 3 -- The 48th meeting of the Vietnam-Laos Intergovernmental Committee on Bilateral Cooperation was highly productive, delivering important and practical results for bilateral ties, according to Lao Deputy Prime Minister Saleumxay Kommasith.
