Hanoi, Dec. 12 -- Athletes of athletics, petanque, and swimming consecutively brought home important gold medals on December 12, marking a brilliant day for Vietnam at the ongoing 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Thailand. Nguyen Thi Ngoc secured one more gold medal for Vietnamese athletics in the women's 400m final, which featured Ngoc and her teammate Hoang Thi Minh Hanh competing against athletes from Thailand and the Philippines.
