Thai Nguyen, Jan. 22 -- The northern province of Thai Nguyen is determined to realise the target of becoming a modern industrial centre with upper-middle income before 2030 as set in the resolution of the first provincial Party Congress, stated Secretary of the Party Committee of northern province Trinh Xuan Truong. According to the provincial Party chief, Thai Nguyen holds a particularly important strategic position as a gateway linking the northern midland and mountainous region with the Red River Delta and Hanoi.
