New Delhi, Jan. 28 -- HDFC Capital Advisors Ltd, the real estate private equity arm of the HDFC Group, said Wednesday it has entered into a partnership with Bengaluru-based Curated Living Solutions Pvt Ltd (CLS) to establish a Rs 1,000 crore (about $109 million) rental housing platform in India.
The platform will focus on the development, ownership, and operation of institutional-grade rental housing assets to meet the growing demand for professionally managed rental accommodation across major urban centres, HDFC Capital said in a press release.
