
New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- Quick commerce startup FirstClub, healthtech ventures Reveal HealthTech, FlexifyMe, and RxMen, maternity clothing brand House of Zelena, and cleantech startup QuantE Energy have secured funding across early-stage rounds, the companies said on Thursday.
FirstClub
FirstClub Technology Pvt Ltd has raised $23 million (Rs 202 crore) in a Series A round led by existing investors Accel and RTP Global, with participation from Blume Founders Fund, 2am VC, Paramark Ventures, and Aditya Birla Ventures.
The Bengaluru-based startup, which launched the platform in June, is now valued at Rs 1,050 crore ($120 million).
Since its launch, FirstClub has opened four dark stores, called "clubhouses", in Bengaluru, onboarded more than 4,000 curated stock keeping units (SKUs) across packaged foods, fresh produce, bakery, dairy, and nutrition, and built a 185-member team along with an in-house supply chain and tech stack.
The company said the capital will fuel its plans to launch 35 more clubhouses over the next six months, set up new fulfilment formats such as cafes and daily subscriptions, add new categories like kids' food, pet food, nutraceuticals, home care, and gifting, and accelerate hiring.
Founded by Ayyappan R, FirstClub is a member-first quick commerce platform that works with brands and manufacturers to deliver high-quality, affordable products, helping consumers avoid choice fatigue.
Reveal HealthTech
Reveal HealthTech has raised $7.2 million in a Series A round led by Leo Capital, with participation from Sanos Capital.
The startup, which has operations in the US and India, said the funding will help it expand its capabilities and solutions, strengthen sales network, and extend reach to more healthcare and life sciences companies.
Founded in 2023 by Sanchit Mullick, the company provides AI-driven transformation solutions for healthcare and life sciences companies. Its flagship offerings include BioCanvas, which enables multimodal AI use cases such as speeding up clinical trial recruitment, and Prism AI, a tool for rapid development of workflow automation agents. The startup was incubated by W Health Ventures and 2070 Health.
FlexifyMe
Healthtech company FlexifyMe has raised Rs 20 crore in a pre-Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from Signal Ventures and existing investors.
The funds will fuel the startup's hybrid care expansion through online and offline centres, accelerate the launch of advanced posture and gait analysis labs, and strengthen clinical research partnerships, the company said in a statement.
Founded by Manjeet Singh and Amit Bhayani, FlexifyMe combines AI-based posture and motion analysis with physiotherapy to identify the root causes of chronic musculoskeletal pain.
House of Zelena
Maternity clothing brand House of Zelena has raised Rs 7 crore in a seed round co-led by Sprout Venture Partners and M Venture Partners, with participation from GSF and angel investors. With this, the company has raised $1.2 million to date.
Founded in 2022 by Hina Priyadarshini and Mayank Kamal, House of Zelena focuses on creating an ecosystem for mothers, combining functional fashion with wellness and community support.
The Bengaluru-based startup said the capital will be deployed towards strengthening supply chain capabilities, product innovation, and deepening its "mom-first" ecosystem through community building and technology integrations.
QuantE Energy
QuantE Energy Tech Pvt Ltd has raised $500,000 in seed funding from early-stage venture capital firm TDV Partners, with participation from angel investors, including Zolve founder Raghunandan G, Park+ founder Amit Lakhotia, Brookfields president Ankit Gupta, and Great Learning co-founder Hari Krishnan Nair.
The company also raised an undisclosed amount in debt and related instruments.
Founded in 2024 by Akshat Khare and Ankush Vashisht, the Noida-based company provides advanced solar and clean energy solutions to residential households.
The cleantech startup, focused on distributed solar and renewable energy solutions in the residential sector, said the investment will fuel growth plans over the next 6-12 months, including expansion into metro cities, launch of community solar pilots, and development of its proprietary solar+AI stack for monitoring and optimization.
RxMen
Delhi-based men's health platform RxMen has secured Rs 5 crore in a seed round led by angel investing platform Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from SPA Family Ventures, Ankit Goel, Seven Square Ventures, and a grant from the Prosus Group.
Founded by Shailja Mittal, RxMen has developed a proprietary sexual health index based on insights from more than 25,000 anonymized consultations, now under clinical validation at IIT-Jodhpur. It works with a network of over 25 specialists, including urologists, sexologists, psychiatrists, and therapists, to address and treat sexual health issues. It claims to conduct over 6,000 consultations per month across tier I-III cities, supported by over 30 clinicians..
The funding will support brand building, product launches, and setting up co-branded clinics, as the company targets positive EBITDA by October 2025.
