New Delhi, July 29 -- Full-service law firm AZB & Partners has announced the return of Juvraj Singh Bindra as partner in its corporate, mergers & acquisitions practice.

Bindra, a former partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), brings over 15 years of experience across general civil, real estate, corporate and commercial litigation, and arbitration. He also specializes in insolvency and bankruptcy law, advising both domestic and international clients.

Bindra graduated from ILS Law College in 2009 and holds a master's degree from the University of Karnataka.

Earlier this year, AZB & Partners promoted four lawyers-Amitabh Robin Singh, Harshil Dalal, Navdeep Baidwan, and Sagnik Chatterjee-to partner across its corporate-M&A and tax practices.

According to GlobalData's latest league table, AZB & Partners ranked as the top legal adviser by deal volume in the Asia-Pacific region for H1 2025, having advised on 24 transactions.

The firm has also played a key role in two major banking deals this year. It represented lead investor Warburg Pincus in IDFC First Bank's Rs 7,500 crore fundraise, as well as ADIA's Platinum Invictus.

Additionally, AZB advised YES Bank in the Rs 13,400 crore sale of a 20% stake by State Bank of India and other lenders to Japan's Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, marking the largest cross-border deal in India's banking sector to date.
