New Delhi, May 12 -- India took another decisive step towards its stated goal of deploying a credible nuclear deterrent by conducting the second flight test of its 2,500 km range Agni-II Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) from a mobile launcher at the Interim Test Range in Chandipur-on-sea in Orissa.
