, Feb. 22 -- KANGAN: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated a bridge for the first time since taking office as the Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The foundation stone was laid on August 4, 2012, by the then Minister for Forests, Wildlife, Environment, and Ecology, Mian Altaf Ahmad.

The community expressed their appreciation for the R&B Department's efforts, particularly acknowledging the hard work of the Executive Engineer of the R&B Division Kangan, the Assistant Executive Engineer, and the Junior Engineer involved, who dedicated themselves day and night to complete this vital bridge within the stipulated timeframe.
