GANDERBAL, April 13 -- A heartbreaking incident occurred in Kullan Gund, area of Kangan, when a minor pedestrian boy was hit by a vehicle.

Mohmad Hussain, a 3-year-old son of Zakir Hussain Balti from Nilgrar Sonamarg, tragically lost his life in the accident.
