, March 14 -- SRINAGAR: A Court in Srinagar has issued notice to two designers, Editor-in-Chief ELLE India and "unknown models" on a complaint alleging obscenity, hurting religious sentiments during the month of Ramazan and publicly consumption of alcohol in Gulmarg last week.
