, Feb. 26 -- BANDIPORA: A portion of a road along the Jhelum river in Hajin town of north Kashmir's Bandipora district has collapsed after developing cracks over the past few days, promoting authorities to restrict traffic movement on the road, officials said.

The situation has caused panic among locals, who had been raising concerns about the worsening condition of the road.

Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Manzoor Ahmad Qadri told KNO, that the traffic on the road has been restricted as a precautionary measure.
